Delivery Options

Free Overnight Delivery with courier post is available on all Batteries and Power Packs sold through our website.
All items are sent "Signature Required" so there is little chance of your New Battery getting lost between the time it is sent and you receiving it.
If on the rare occasion a package does get lost, simply contact us 09 413 8533 and we will follow it up with Courier Post, if Courier Post can not locate the item, we will send another item and get the lost item returned us.

Saturday Delivery, a Saturday Delivery ticket can be applied to any item sent with Courier Post at a cost of $4.00 per shipment.
Simply select this option when purchasing your battery.

Urgent Auckland Courier, for customers in the Auckland area, who need to have an item "Now" can call us on 09 413 8533 and we can arrange to have the item delivered with a 1 Hour or 2 Hour courier service provided by InterCity Urgent.
The cost of this is between $6.50 for Albany and up to around $55.00 for Manurewa.
Call us, and we can let you know the exact amount.
This service is usually handy if your Laptops Power Pack has failed and you need one so you can carry on working.

Bulk Delivery, for customers who order large quantities of units in a single shipment it is more cost effective to sent the units with PBT Couriers. We still use the Over Night, Signature Required service so the only difference is they handle volume better.

Store Pick Up, You are more than welcome to pop in to our store and discus option available with our friendly and knowledgeable staff. This option may suit if you live in Auckland and are unsure which battery you require or want to see how a High Capacity Battery differs from a Standard Capacity Battery.

Have your Courier Collect the battery or power pack. If you have a courier doing drop-offs or pick-ups in albany, it may be convenient for you to have them collect the Battery or Power Pack.
