We pride ourselves on being able to provide speedy delivery of your NEW Battery.
For this reason, we only use "Targeted Overnight Delivery Services" provided by "Tracked Courier."
(Please note that some rural areas of the south island may take 2 working days)
All units are sent "Signature required" so there is little chance of lost or misplaced packages.

If you request a battery using the "Request Restock" button, you will be advised when the item is back in stock.

If, 7 Days after your online purchase you still have not received your battery, you must contact us so we can get another one sent to you as well as contact Courier Post regarding the lost item.

Return Information

We provide ALL of our New Batteries & Power Packs with a 12 Month Hassle Free Warranty.
(12 months from date of purchase, and up to 200 Charge/Discharge Cycles)
If for what ever reason you feel your battery is not acting as it should, please contact us here stating why.
Please note: if you are returning a unit that is not faulty, a 15% restocking will be charged.
